Kai Nest SDM is a private, single-user application operated by Alexander Hamilton ("the owner") for his own home. It connects to the owner's own Google Nest devices through Google's Smart Device Management API, using the Google API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/sdm.service. It is not a public service and has no users other than the owner.
Data accessed
With the owner's authorization, the application accesses:
 The list of the owner's Nest structures and devices, and their rooms.
 Device trait and status information for his cameras and doorbell (for example: livestream availability, motion detection, person detection, and doorbell press events).
 Live video streams and still images from the owner's own cameras, only when the owner (or his assistant software acting on his instruction) requests them.
Sharing
No data accessed by this application is sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party, for any purpose, including advertising or analytics. There are no advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers involved.
Google API Services User Data Policy
This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through the Smart Device Management API is used only to provide the owner-facing features described above, is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide those features to the owner himself, and is not used for advertising.••
